摘要
针对现有大学生学业评价体系改革的弊端进行理论和案例分析:一是借鉴BOPPPS教学模型,提出学业评价体系整体性改革策略;二是对G大学的改革成效及问题进行实证分析;三是从多元主体的视角,对G大学基于BOPPPS的学业评价体系改革能够取得成功的原因进行反思;四是提出完善学业评价体系改革的策略:包括制定科学合理的人才培养目标;加强对教师的激励和引导;增加知识、素质和能力在学业评价中的融合度;建立制度保障以及常态监控反馈和改进机制。
This paper makes a theoretical and case study on the drawbacks of the reform of the existing academic evaluation system(AES)for college students.first a strategy is put forwardfor the overall reform of AES with the help of BOPPPS,a teaching model;second an empirical analysis is carried outof the reform results and problems of G University;third,a reflection is made from the perspective of multiple subjects on the reasons why G University's AESreform based on BOPPPS can achieve success;fourth,some strategies to improve the AES reform is proposed,including the following:to formulate scientific and reasonable personnel training objectives;to strengthen incentive and guidance to faculty;to increase the integration of knowledge,quality and ability in academic evaluation;to establish a system guarantee,as well asregular monitoring feedback and improvement mechanism.
