Evolution of Research Fronts in Organization Behavior through Information Visualization

摘要 通过信息可视化方法分析了组织行为领域的演进及其研究的前沿热点方向,在Web of Science网站的SSCI和SCI数据库中,以主题词的检索方式,检索1987~2006年间发表的"组织行为"的全部文献数据。利用CiteSpace信息可视化软件对检索的数据绘制文献共引网络图谱,总结组织行为领域的关键节点文献及其在组织行为领域演进过程中的重要作用 通过EM算法聚类得到的五个文献共引聚类,分析了组织行为领域整体的演进情况,进一步探测了组织行为领域研究的三个前沿热点方向:积极心理理论的研究、情绪智力理论的研究和数量统计方法在组织行为领域中的应用研究,最后探讨了论文研究的不足。 The article analyzes the evolution and research fronts of Organization Behavior through Information Visualization. We retrieved the whole documents data of Organization Behavior papers from 1987 to 2006, which are retrieved by topic word "organization behavior" from the SCI and SSCI of Web of Science. Documents are visualized through a number of co-citation maps by information visualization tool, CiteSpace. The maps show an overall evolution process of Organization Behavior and identify a number of pivotal points to stand for the important theories, which promoted the development of Organization Behavior research. Three research fronts in the field of Organization Behavior, positive psychology, emotional intelligence and quantitative statistics applied in organization behavior, are detected by five document co-citation clusters, which identified by EM clustering method. At last, we discuss the deficiency of the paper.
