摘要
在桥梁建设中,目前普遍采用的逐孔原位现浇工法施工一孔桥梁的周期较长,施工成本大。在传统移动模架工法的基础上,参考桥梁预制架设工法及装备的思路,提出一种快速制梁工法及装备,并以梁模合一型移动模架施工某跨河公铁合建大桥引桥40 m跨铁路箱梁工程为例,对该工法及装备进行详细论述。该工法及装备可使整体绑扎钢筋笼与混凝土桥梁浇筑、养生、张拉工序同时进行,施工工序合理,施工周期缩短;钢筋笼采用移动胎架半工厂化绑扎,整体入模,效率高,且能保证绑扎质量;设备增设必要的安全监控系统后,可为后期实现智能化施工打下基础。
When a bridge is built,the method of girder cast-in-situ span by span is frequently adopted along with its disadvantage of more time and money for one piece of girder.However,based on the traditional movable scaffolding system construction method,and with reference to the girder prefabrication and erection methods,a method and equipment for rapid girder fabrication and erection are proposed.The method of using movable scaffolding system with completely-banded reinforcement cage to erect the 40 m box girder for the approach bridge of a highway&railway composed bridge across a river is described in detail.In this proposal,the binding of reinforcement cage can be conducted during the process of girder concreting,curing and tensioning to shorten construction period.The binding of reinforcement cage can be semi-commercial and put in the formwork as a whole with high efficiency and quality.Necessary security monitoring system equipped in the girder lays a solid foundation for intelligent construction in late period.
