摘要
社会服务能力是评价高职院校办学水平和质量的重要指标之一。由于高职院校社会服务起步较晚,整体水平不高,仍存在服务意识不强、服务内涵不清、服务水平不均衡、服务机制不健全等问题。高职院校可以从深化教育教学改革,加强优质资源建设;规范管理,提升学校治理能力;从服务社区做起,形成良性互动;建立大职业教育观,分类办学;研究国家文件,落实国家战略;教学、科研和服务协同发展等六个方面加强社会服务能力建设。
Social service capacity is one of the important indexes to evaluate the school running level and quality of higher vocational schools.Due to the late start of social service in vocational colleges,the overall level is not high.There are still problems such as weak service consciousness,unclear service connotation,uneven service level and imperfect service mechanism.Higher vocational colleges can strengthen the social service capacity in six aspects:deepen the reform of education and teaching and strengthen the construction of high-quality resources;standardize the management and improve the governance ability of the school;start from serving the community and form a benign interaction;establish the concept of great vocational education and run schools by classification;study national documents and implement national strategies;collaborative development of teaching,scientific research and service.
