摘要
溃疡性结肠炎主要是由遗传、环境、感染、肠黏膜屏障功能缺陷等多种因素相互作用所致。苦参及其复方防治溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制主要包括调节免疫细胞失衡、调节细胞因子及炎性反应递质的表达、影响信号转导通路、抗氧化、调节细胞凋亡、修复肠道组织等方面,其相关研究为临床用药提供了理论依据和实验数据支持,也对探索中药治疗溃疡性结肠炎有着重要意义。
Ulcerative colitis is mainly caused by the interaction of many factors,such as heredity,environment,infection,intestinal mucosal barrier function defect etc.The mechanism of Riclix Sophoteflavescentis and its compound in the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis mainly includes regulating the imbalance of immune cells,regulating the expression of cytokines and inflammatory mediators,affecting signal transduction pathway,antioxidation,regulating apoptosis,repairing intestinal tissue etc.Its related research not only provides theoretical basis and experimental data support for clinical drug use,but also plays an important role in exploring the treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
