摘要
骨质疏松性骨折(OPF)与骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)之间有着密切的联系。BMSCs数量减少或功能减退时可发生OPF,OPF发生时骨组织中的BMSCs功能也会发生相应的变化。在骨折机体内通过细胞分泌、免疫调节、基因表达调控及相关信号转导途径等不同机制提高BMSCs的骨组织归巢移植率,且多机制相互调节发挥生物学活性,最终促进骨折愈合。因此,BMSCs有着良好的应用前景,成为目前骨折及不同病理性骨折类型的研究热点,但其具体作用机制尚未明确。
There is a close relationship between osteoporotic fracture(OPF)and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).OPF can occur when the number or the function of BMSCs decreases.When OPF occurs,the function of BMSCs in bone tissue will also change accordingly.BMSCs can improve the rate of bone tissue homing and transplantation,and exert biological activity through different mechanisms and multiple mechanisms such as cell secretion,immune regulation,gene expression regulation and related signal transduction pathways in the fracture body,so as to promote fracture healing.Therefore,BMSCs have a good prospect of application and are a research hotspot of fracture and different pathological fracture types,but its specific mechanism is yet to be clarified.
