骨髓间充质干细胞在中医理论中的归属 被引量:48

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)的特性之一是向成骨分化,与中医"肾藏精,精生髓,髓生骨"的理论有较高的吻合。因为骨髓间充质干细胞主要来自于骨髓(髓),而在特定环境下能向成骨转化,即实现"髓生骨"。许多补肾药物对BMSCs的增殖和成骨分化都有促进作用,从而证实了"肾"、"髓"、"骨"之间的关联。"肾主骨"可能是通过补肾药物作用到"髓"中的干细胞,促使其成骨分化来实现的。BMSCs转分化为其他成体干细胞功能与先天之精化生后天之精类似,因此BMSCs属于中医"精"、"髓"范畴。
