摘要
目的探讨社区家庭签约服务对脑卒中康复期患者功能恢复及自我感受负担的影响。方法选择我院2017年7月至2018年12月收治的脑卒中患者192例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组95例和观察组97例,对照组进行常规随访,观察组给予社区家庭签约服务,比较两组患者的功能恢复状况及自我感受负担情况。结果观察组改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我感受负担评价量表(SPBS)评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区家庭签约服务在脑卒中康复期患者中的应用,能促进其功能恢复,有助于缓解其自我感受负担。
Objective To explore the effect of community family contracting service for functional recovery and self-feeling burden of patients with stroke.Methods To select 192 cases of patients with stroke admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 as the study objects.They were divided into a the control group for 95 cases and an observation group for 97 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was followed up routinely,and the observation group was given community contract service to compare the status of functional recovery and self-feeling burden between patients of the two groups.Results The modified Rankin scale(MRS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of community family contracting services in patients during the period of stroke rehabilitation,which could promote their functional recovery and help alleviate the self-feeling burden.
