摘要
目的:检测干扰素诱导蛋白(IFI27)、三叶肽因子3(TFF3)、桥粒斑蛋白(Pkp2)、Rho GTPase激活蛋白(RhoGAP)、活性氧调节因子(ROMO1)和环氧化酶2(COX-2)在翼状胬肉组织中的表达,探讨其在翼状胬肉发病机制中的作用。方法:分别收集翼状胬肉组织和正常球结膜组织32例,采用实时荧光定量逆转录PCR技术分析上述基因在结膜中的表达情况。结果:翼状胬肉中的这些基因的表达水平均明显高于正常结膜组织。结论:翼状胬肉组织中这些基因的表达水平明显增高,可能是翼状胬肉发生和发展的重要原因,这为研究翼状胬肉发生的分子机理提供了实验依据。
Objective:To detect the expression of these genes(IFI27、TFF3、Pkp2、RhoGAP、ROMO1、COX-2)in pterygium tissue and explore their roles in the pathogenesis of pterygium.Methods:Thirty-two cases of pterygium tissue and normal globular conjunctival tissue were collected,and the expression of these genes in conjunctiva was analyzed by quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR.Results:The expression of these genes in pterygium was significantly higher than that of normal conjunctiva.Conclusions:The expression level of these genes in pterygium increased significantly,which was probably an important cause of pterygium occurrence and development.It provides experimental basis for the study of the molecular mechanism of pterygium occurrence.
