摘要
目的分析超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和D-二聚体(DD)判断冠心病预后的参考价值。方法选取2018年1月-12月于本院就诊的86例冠心病患者为研究对象,并同期选取本院行体检的90例健康人为对照组,检测并比较其血清hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、DD水平和Gensini得分情况。结果观察组的hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、DD水平和Gensini得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);随着心功能的下降,患者的hs-CRP、LpPLA2、DD水平和Gensini得分均出现显著增加(P<0.05);随着冠状动脉病变严重程度的增加,患者的hs-CRP、LpPLA2、DD水平均出现显著增加(P<0.05);患者的hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、DD水平和Gensini得分呈正性相关(r值分别为0.64、0.60、0.66,P<0.05)。结论联合hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2和DD检测在判断冠心病预后中具有较好的参考价值,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the reference value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) and D-dimer(DD) in judging the prognosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.90 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The serum hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2,DD levels and Gensini scores were detected and compared.Results The hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2,DD levels and Gensini scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and DD decreased with the decrease of cardiac function.There was a statistical significance on the increase in the scores of Gensini and Gensini(P<0.05).With the severity of coronary lesions,the hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2,and DD levels increased significantly(P<0.05).The patients’ hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2,DD levels and Gensini scores were positively correlated(r = 0.64,r = 0.60,r = 0.66,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of hs-CRP,Lp-PLA2 and DD has a good reference value in judging the prognosis of coronary heart disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
