摘要
针对变质程度较低的纳林河烟煤,通过改变煤的粒径,搅拌速度,搅拌能量,中性油的选择和用量,醇类的用量及分散剂等几个条件,进行制备纳林河超低灰煤试验,经过一系列的油团聚脱灰研究,其灰分降低到2.51%,灰分去除率可达81.02%,经过对油团聚实验的初步探索,发现醇和分散剂对油团聚有着重要的影响。经过原煤和醇作用后与水润湿性的变化,表明醇类作用后增强了煤水的接触角,从而增强煤的疏水性、通过对分散剂、醇类与煤作用后的红外光谱的变化对比原煤图谱分析其表面官能团发生的作用,研究了油团聚脱灰的主要作用机理。
Experimental study is conducted on preparation of ultralow-ash coal with Nalinhe bituminous coal with a low degree of metamorphism as material by varying the coal particle size, agitating speed, agitating energy, selection and dosages of neutral oil, alcohol and dispersant. Through a series of tests on deashing of Nalinhe with oil agglomeration method, the ash of the coal can be reduced down to 2.51% with a ash removal rate up to 81.02%. It is observed through preliminary study that: alcohol and dispersant can exert an important effect on oil agglomeration;and the reaction between coal and alcohol can lead to change of coal wettability, thus increasing the coal-water contact angle and the hydrophobicity of coal. A study is also made of the principal deashing mechanisms of oil agglomeration method through comparing the variation of infrared spectra following the alcohol-dispersant-coal reaction with the raw coal infrared spectrum, as well as an analysis of the effect produced by surface functional group.
