摘要
针对水煤浆制备过程中难以确定适宜添加剂配方的问题,将正交设计试验应用于水煤浆添加剂组分及配比的研究。以抚顺老虎台水洗精煤制备60%水煤浆为例,进行正交设计试验确定添加剂配方。结果表明,在水煤浆添加剂确定中应用正交设计试验是一种非常有效的方法,可以通过较少试验次数,得到性能优异的水煤浆添加剂配方。
In order to solve the problem that it was difficult to determine the appropriate additive formulation in the preparation of coal water slurry,orthogonal design test was applied to the study of additive composition and proportion of coal water slurry.Taking the preparation of 60%coal water slurry from Fushun Laohutai cleaned coal as an example,the additive formula was determined by orthogonal design test.The results showed that the orthogonal design test was a very effective method in the determination of coal water slurry additives,and the formula of coal water slurry additives with excellent performance could be obtained by less test times.
