摘要
目的:研究生长抑素辅助治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:本次研究样本选取时间为2016年1月-2019年1月,研究对象为于笔者所在医院接受治疗的80例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者。按照患者就诊先后顺序,将80例患者分为两组,即对照组40例与试验组40例。对照组患者采取泮托拉唑钠进行治疗,而试验组患者则在此基础上行生长抑素进行辅助治疗,将两组间治疗结果进行对比。结果:对照组治疗有效率80.00%,明显低于试验组的95.00%,且对照组患者输血量多于试验组,止血时间长于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者在泮托拉唑钠治疗基础上行生长抑素辅助治疗,其临床治疗效果显著。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Somatostatin in the treatment of cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:The sample was selected from January 2016 to January 2019,and the 80 patients with cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated in our hospital.According to the order of the patients,80 patients were set up into two groups,40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with Pantoprazole Sodium,while the experimental group was treated with Somatostatin on the basis.The results were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment efficiency of the control group was 80.00%,which was lower than 95.00%of the experimental group.The blood transfusion in the control group was more than that in the experimental group,and time of hemostasis was longer than that in the experimental group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with cirrhosis combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,the clinical effect of Somatostatin on the basic treatment of Pantoprazole Sodium is remarkable.
