摘要
针对干式空心电抗器漏磁场屏蔽问题,以干式空心限流电抗器为例,采用有限元仿真计算方法,研究干式空心电抗器的磁场屏蔽结构,以减少对外磁场分布。结果表明:加装磁场屏蔽装置之后,铝板内侧表面和外侧表面的径向磁感应强度明显变小,但随着离线圈中心距离的增大,屏蔽效果越来越差;铝板内外两侧水平方向的磁场基本被屏蔽,仅存在竖直方向的磁场;在磁场屏蔽板上边缘位置温升数值较大,中心温升较小,温升最大值为26.7 K。研究成果能够为在尺寸限制条件下布置干式空心电抗器提供技术支撑。
Aiming at the shielding problem of leakage magnetic field of dry-type air-core reactor,the magnetic shielding structure of dry-type air-core reactor for reducing magnetic distribution is studied using finite element simulation method taking dry-type air-core current-limiting reactor as an example.The results show that:the radial magnetic flux intensity on the inner and outer surface of the aluminum plate decreases obviously after the installation of magnetic shielding device,but the shielding effect is getting worse with the distance from the coil center increasing;the horizontal magnetic field on both sides of the aluminum plate is basically shielded and only the vertical magnetic field exists;the temperature rise at the edge of the magnetic shield plate is larger,while the temperature rise at the center of plate is smaller,and the maximum value of temperature rise is 26.7 K.The research results provide a technical support for the arrangement of dry-type air-core reactor under dimensional constraint.
