摘要
文章论述悬浮隧道整体结构行为机理试验实践中发现的关键问题与解决方案,包括第一代模型研发过程,模型初始形态调节流程,测量仪器检验,测量系统物理量同步及智能化采集提出与实现,数据存储系统及数据安全保障等。总结了试验工作中获得的经验及试验策略调整,为后续工作开展提供指导性建议。
The key problems and solutions found in the practice of the submerged floating tunnel overall structural mechanism test were discussed in this paper,including the research and development process of the first-generation 3D model of submerged floating tunnel,the adjustment process of the initial alignment of the model,the inspection process of the measuring instrument,the proposal and realization of the physical quantity synchronization and intellectualized data collection of the measuring system,the data storage system and data security guarantee.The experience gained in the initial stage of the test and the adjustment of the test strategy were summarized,which can provide guidance for the subsequent works.
