霍尔电流传感器响应曲线自动化检测装置及检测方法

摘要 基于霍尔电流传感器原理设计飞机点火电流测试系统,将该系统与互感器、分流器进行比较,发现霍尔传感器系统响应时间较短,且测试流程简单,精确度高。同时阐述了霍尔电流传感器的原理,提出短时间内大电流非侵入式测试。在具体的测试过程中可有效屏蔽外界电磁干扰,获得较为准确的火花电流数据图,且具有良好的重复性。 Based on the principle of Hall current sensor,an aircraft ignition current test system is designed.Comparing the system with transformer and shunt,it is found that the response time of Hall sensor system is short,the test flow is simple and the accuracy is high.At the same time,the principle of Hall current sensor is described,and the non-invasive test of large current in short time is proposed.In the specific test process,it can effectively shield the external electromagnetic interference,obtain more accurate spark current data chart,and has good repeatability.
