基于Simulink的零磁通电流传感器动态误差分析 被引量:4

摘要 直流电在实际生产生活中应用广泛,如直流屏、太阳能供电、电信基站等。直流电能的精准测量有助于直流电更好地应用于生产生活,其中直流电流测量精度的提高可有效地提高直流电能测量精度。现有的直流电流测量方法仍有测量精度不高,易受外界因素影响等缺点。为了更进一步的提高测量精度,研究了具有高精度的双磁芯零磁通电流传感器,建立了数学模型并进行了动态误差分析。首先,在Simulink中搭建了双磁芯结构的电路仿真模型。其次,根据仿真电路建立了各个元器件的数学模型,并对零磁通电流传感器的主要元器件进行动态误差分析,得出了不同元器件在电路中电阻不同阻值变化下对最终测量结果的误差影响,并确定了元器件电阻的最优参数。研究结果表明,建立的动态误差数学模型可以有效对零磁通传感器进行电路优化,提高其测量精度。 DC power is widely used in actual production and life,such as DC screen,solar power supply and telecommunications base stations.The accurate measurement of DC power helps DC to be better applied to production and life.The improvement of DC current measurement accuracy can effectively improve the accuracy of DC energy measurement.Existing common DC current measurement methods still have shortcomings such as low measurement accuracy and being susceptible to external factors.In order to further improve the measurement accuracy,a dual-core zero-flux current sensor with high precision is studied,a mathematical model is established and dynamic error analysis is performed.First,a circuit simulation model of a dual-core structure is built in Simulink.Secondly,based on the simulation circuit,the mathematical model of each component was established,and the dynamic error analysis of the main components of the zero flux current sensor was carried out to obtain the final measurement results of different components under different resistance changes in the circuit.The error affects and determines the optimal parameters of component resistance.The research results show that the dynamic error mathematical model established can effectively optimize the circuit of the zero flux sensor and improve its measurement accuracy.
