摘要
目的分析早产儿行初乳口腔免疫疗法联合袋鼠式护理的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月在我院分娩的早产儿88例,按照护理方式不同分为两组各44例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行初乳口腔免疫疗法联合袋鼠式护理,对比两组早产儿喂养情况、喂养并发症发生率和神经行为评分。结果研究组开始经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的喂养并发症发生率为4.5%,低于对照组的20.5%(P<0.05)。研究组的神经行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿行初乳口腔免疫疗法联合袋鼠式护理,可缩短经口喂养时间,降低并发症发生率,提高神经行为评分,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with kangaroo nursing for premature infants.Methods 88 premature infants delivered in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with kangaroo nursing.The feeding conditions,incidence of feeding complications and neurobehavioral scores were compared between the two groups.Results The initial oral feeding time and complete oral feeding time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of feeding complications in the study group was 4.5%,lower than 20.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The neurobehavioral scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Colostrum oral immunotherapy combined with kangaroo nursing for premature infants can shorten the oral feeding time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the neurobehavior scores,which has higher clinical application value.
