益生菌在新生儿的临床应用研究进展 被引量:23

摘要 益生菌是一类能在肠道内定植,维护肠道菌群平衡,并刺激肠黏膜免疫组织,对肠黏膜免疫有重要影响的有益微生物群落。新生儿由于其自身发育的原因,具有免疫功能低下、肠道功能不健全、肠道细菌种类及数量较少等特点。现从益生菌对新生儿肠道免疫调节作用,益生菌与新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、早产儿喂养不耐受、新生儿腹泻病、新生儿黄疸、变态反应性疾病,益生菌的安全性等方面综述益生菌在新生儿的临床应用和研究进展,旨在使广大儿科医师更好地了解和应用益生菌制剂,使此类药物更合理地应用于临床。 Probiotics are a class of colonization in the intestine to maintain a balanced intestinal flora and stimulate the mucosal immune tissue, have a major impact on the intestinal mucosal immune beneficial microbial communities. Neonatal development due to their own rea- sons, have low immune function, intestinal function is not sound, fewer bacterial species and so on. In this paper, probiotics on neonatal intestinal immune regulation, probiotics and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis ,feeding intolerance in premature children, newborn diarrhea, neonatal jaundice, allergic diseases,the safety of probiotics will be reviewed, including the clinical application and research progress of probiotics in neonates. Designed to enable the general pediatrician a better understanding and application of probiotics, so that such drugs more rational clinical application.
