摘要
以某燃煤电厂脱硫废水为研究对象,在实验室开展电絮凝台架实验,并设计建设了废水处理能力8 t/h电絮凝处理装置。试验结果显示:电流密度为(4~8)mA/cm^2时悬浮物脱除率较高,CODcr和镉、铬、砷、铅等重金属有一定去除率,出口水质符合排放标准;停留时间对悬浮物有影响,对其他污染物降低影响较小。脱硫废水电絮凝处理装置的试验显示,系统对悬浮物去除效果明显,去除效率为99.3%,出水重金属含量均低于排放限值。
Taking a FGD wastewater in a coal-fired power plant as the research object, an electricflocculation bench test was carried out in the laboratory, and an electroflocculation treatment device with the capacity of 8 t/h was designed and constructed. The testing results show that the removal rate of suspended solid is higher when the current density is(4~8) mA/cm^2, and CODcr and heavy metals such as Cd, Cr, As and Pb has a certain removal rate. The export water quality meets the control standard. The electroflocculation time has an effect on suspended solid and less on other pollutants. The test of FGD wastewater electroflocculation treatment device shows that the removal of suspended solids is effective and the removal efficiency is 99.3%, and all contents of heavy metals in the effluent is lower than the emission limit.
