摘要
目的考查直流电凝聚法和交流电凝聚法对偶氮染料废水处理效果的差异.探索电流密度对处理效果的影响.方法以铁皮为阳极,石墨柱为阴极,改变电流密度,分别用直流电和交流电进行电凝聚对比试验.结果直流电凝聚法对染料质量浓度的去除率随电流密度的增大而增大,当电流密度为0.083 mA/cm2时,染料质量浓度的去除率达到97.63%.同时,色度、CODCr、氨氮也有一定的去除效果.而交流电凝聚法对偶氮染料废水的处理能力较差,其染料质量浓度的最大去除率为16.01%.结论直流电凝聚法在电解、絮凝等共同作用下可有效的处理偶氮染料废水,而交流电凝聚法对偶氮染料废水的处理无明显效果.
