摘要
以采煤机滚筒为研究对象,用UG三维软件对煤层和滚筒各零部件进行建模,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对滚筒截割煤层的过程中所受的阻力进行动态分析,使用后处理软件LS-Preport分析滚筒所受阻力的情况,得知截割煤层过程中滚筒所受阻力较大。为改善滚筒受力,对滚筒的螺旋升角进行模拟优化,优化后显著降低了滚筒的载荷波动系数、阻力峰值、截割比能耗。
Taking the shearer drum as the research object,used the UG 3D software to model the coal seam and drum parts,used ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to conduct dynamic analysis of the resistance in the process of drum cutting coal seam,used LS-Preport to analyze the resistance of the cylinder,it was concluded that the resistance of the drum was larger in the process of cutting coal seam.In order to improve the stress on the drum,the spiral angle of the drum was simulated and optimized,and the load fluctuation coefficient,peak resistance and specific energy of the cutting of the drum were significantly reduced after optimization.
