摘要
旋转冲击连接技术是在已有的爆炸焊接工艺的基础上提出的一种异种材料连接技术。根据应力波的扩大原理推理出碰撞角度与冲击速度之间的关系,确定有效参数区间。应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对旋转冲击连接过程进行数值模拟。分析了不同时期的连接界面变化趋势,子弹转速对基板位移场及内能的影响。研究表明,所用的数值模拟方法可准确描述旋转冲击连接过程,可在未来用于指导试验。
The rotating impact connection technology is a heterogeneous material connection technology proposed on the basis of the existing explosive welding process. According to the expansion principle of the stress wave, the relationship between the collision angle and the impact velocity was inferred, and the effective parameter interval was determined.ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the rotating impact connection process. The variation trend of the connection interface in different periods and the influence of the bullet rotation speed on the displacement field and internal energy of the plate were analyzed. The studies show that the numerical simulation method can accurately describe the rotational impact connection process and can be used to guide the test in the future.
