摘要
朱超林主任认为晚期大肠癌的基本病机为脾虚毒瘀,正气不足尤应责之于脾虚,是为始动因素,瘀血及癌毒既是病因,又作为主要病理因素贯穿于肠癌病程始终。治疗重在健脾扶正,佐以化瘀解毒,晚期肠癌尤应重视正邪的消长盛衰和动态变化,谨慎把握健脾扶正与化瘀解毒之间的主次关系。以健脾扶正为治疗大法,时刻顾护脾胃,脾胃得健,气血生化有源,使药食得进,在此基础上,因人制宜,佐以化瘀解毒,以达邪去正安。遣方用药强调辨证与辨病相结合,根据药物归经,个性专长,有所侧重地选用经药理实验证实具有确切抗肿瘤作用及靶标的抗癌解毒药,以求直中病所,临床取得了较好疗效。附验案1则以佐证。
Director ZHU Chaolin believes that the basic pathogenesis of advanced colorectal cancer is spleen deficiency and toxin stasis,and deficiency of vital qi should be especially blamed on spleen deficiency,which is the starting factor.Blood stasis and cancer toxin are not only the etiology,but also the main pathological factors throughout the course of colorectal cancer.The treatment focuses on strengthening the spleen,accompanied by removing blood stasis and detoxification,especially for advanced colorectal cancer,attention should be paid to the rise and fall and dynamic changes of the good and evil,and carefully grasp the primary and secondary relationship between strengthening the spleen and removing blood stasis and detoxification.To strengthen the spleen and strengthen the body is the treatment method,always care for spleen and stomach,spleen and stomach to get health,qi and blood biochemical active,so that medicine and food into,on this basis,appropriate for the individual,accompanied by removing blood stasis detoxification,to reach evil to zheng an.The prescription emphasizes the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and selects anti-cancer antidotes with definite anti-tumor effect and target confirmed by pharmacological experiment according to the prescription,personality and specialty,so as to achieve good clinical effect.This article uses a case study to support the point.
