摘要
仲景在《金匮要略·水气篇》中提到“大气一转,其气乃散”,虽意在阐释水气病的发生是由胸中大气衰弱,水气不行所致,但其中亦体现了仲景对杂病病机的理解和治疗思想。从该理论分析癌病的病机治法可见,正气虚弱、大气难行为发病之本,而气滞、瘀血、痰浊、癌毒内生为发病之标;治疗上当调补脾胃,益气健中,为大气运转提供物质基础,同时疏通气机,补运结合,使大气周流有序。其中运法分为健运脾胃、温运肾阳、调运肝脏、通运心肺。
Zhang Zhongjing noted that“Once the vital qi runs,the water qi is dispersed”in his classic work Synopsis of the Golden Chamber·Chapter of Water Qi.Although the statement means to explain that the water qi diseases are actually caused by the failure of water qi transportation due to the weakness of vital qi in the chest,it also refl ects Zhang Zhongjing’s understanding of the pathogenesis and his treatment thoughts of miscellaneous diseases.From the analysis of the pathogenesis and treatment of cancer diseases by referring to this theory,it can be seen that the weakness and transportation diffi culty of vital qi are the root causes,while qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and cancer toxins are their manifestations.In the treatment,it is necessary to regulate and tonify the spleen and stomach,replenish and invigorate the spleen and stomach qi,providing a material basis for the operation of the vital qi.At the same time,it is also critical to activate the qi circulation,combine supplement with transportation,so as to make the vital qi circulate in an orderly manner.Among them,the transportation method includes invigorating the spleen and stomach,warming and strengthening kidney yang,regulating the liver,and promoting the heart and lung.
