摘要
食物是人们赖以生存的主要能量来源,随着社会科技的发展,食品供应逐渐形成具备规模化的生产链条,化学添加剂的使用已成为食品生产线上的必备添加物质,也成为影响人们食品安全的原因之一。本文针对化学添加剂在食品安全检测中的应用展开分析,主要论述化学添加剂在食品产业链中的优势和缺点,分析检测化学添加剂的相关技术,旨在建立完善的食品检测技术,保障食品安全。
Food is the main energy source for people’s survival.With the development of social science and technology,food supply has gradually formed a large-scale production chain.the use of chemical additives has become an essential additive of food production line,it has also become one of the reasons that affect people’s food safety.This paper analyzes the application technology of chemical additives in food safety detection,mainly discusses the advantages and disadvantages of chemical additives in the food industry chain,analyzes the related technology of chemical additives detection,aiming to establish a perfect food detection technology and ensure food safety.
