摘要
通过对济宁市食品质量检验检测现状的分析,寻找在食品检验工作存在的问题和不足,提出了有效、可操作的改进办法,引入了LIMS系统,借助信息化的手段,完善济宁市的食品检验检测体系,提高食品检验检测能力和工作水平,对于促进和改善食品安全工作,提高工作水平,维护区域经济和社会和谐发展、稳定发展、长远发展,意义重大而深远。
Through the analysis of status of Ji′ning food quality inspection,this paper found out the problems and shortcomings of food inspection work,and proposed the effective and actionable ways for improvement.This paper introduced LIMS system and used informatization tools to perfect Ji′ning food inspection system and improve the city＇s food inspection and testing capabilities and work level,which is of great significance and far-reaching for the promotion and improvement of the food safety work,improvement of work level,the maintenance of regional economic and social harmony development,it has stability and long-term development.
