摘要
采用加速热老化方法,研究了塑料凸轮尼龙66(PA66)的热老化状态和老化机理,通过热重分析(TGA)方法建立了热寿命方程,进行了寿命预测。结果表明:硬度随老化时间的增加逐渐变大,在相同老化时间下,温度越高,硬度值越大;随着老化时间的增加,材料的最大分解温度和失重5%时温度逐渐下降,在相同老化时间下,热老化温度越高,材料的最大分解温度和失重5%时温度降得越快;红外光谱分析表明,随着老化时间的增加,特征峰会发生改变,羧基、羟基和羰基指数随温度升高有增大的趋势;采用TGA热重测试方法,以失重5%时的温度预测材料的使用寿命,得到在30 ℃、 35 ℃、40 ℃ 温度下的使用寿命时间分别为 19.81 年、12.77 年和 8.35 年。
The thermal aging state and aging mechanism of nylon 66(PA66)nerye researched by accelerated thermal aging method.The thermal life equation was established by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)method and the life prediction was carried out.The results showed that the hardness increased with aging time,at the same aging time,the hardness increasd with the increase of temperature;the maximum decomposition temperature and the temperature at 5%weight loss decreased gradually with aging time increasing.At the same aging Time,the higher the thermal aging temperature was,the faster the maximum decomposition temperature and weight loss 5%of the material temperature decreased.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the characteristic peaks changed with the increase of aging time,the carboxyl,hydroxyl and carbonyl in creasd with the increase of temperature.TGA test method was used to predict the service life of the material at 5%weight loss,and the service life at 30℃,35℃and 40℃was 19.81 years,12.77 years and 8.35 years,respectively.
