玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺老化机理的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚酰胺66(PA66)为主要原料,着重探讨了玻璃纤维对聚酰胺材料的吸湿率、力学性能、形貌的影响。试验结果表明:玻璃纤维能使PA66的拉伸强度、弯曲强度大幅度提高,减缓力学性能的下降,同时推导出玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺的老化机理。 Based on the material of polyamide 66 ( PA66), the influence of the glass fiber on the polyamide 66 were emphafically discussed, and the aging mechanics of glass fiber reinforced polyamide were deduced. The results of the experiment shows : glass fiber can make the tensile strength and flexural strength improved obviously, and during the course of aging, the retention rate of the mechanical property drop slowly.
