摘要
目的探讨行心脏瓣膜置换术(CVR)治疗的风湿性心脏病(RHD)患者实施心理护理对其术后精神状态及生活质量的改善作用。方法将2018年7月~2019年7月期间本院收治的70例CVR术后RHD患者按照不同护理干预模式进行分组:对照组(实施常规护理模式,n=35)与观察组(心理护理模式,n=35)。比较两组患者的临床疗效及护理前后心功能指标、精神状态及生活质量,并对两组患者的护理满意度及随访结果进行对比。结果观察组的临床疗效、患者心功能改善情况、护理满意度、定期复查率、服药依从率相比对照组均明显较高(P<0.05);护理后,观察组SCL-90量表评分相比对照组均较低,而SF-36量表评分相比对照组均较高(P<0.05)。结论采用心理护理可显著改善CVR术RHD患者精神状态及生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on mental status and quality of life in patients with rheumatic heart disease(RHD)treated by cardiac valve replacement(CVR).Methods Seventy patients with RHD after CVR were selected as the study subjects.They were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.According to different nursing intervention modes,the patients were divided into groups.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index,mental state and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The nursing satisfaction and follow-up results of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy,improvement of cardiac function,nursing satisfaction,periodic review rate and medication compliance rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SCL-90 scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the SF-36 scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly improve the mental state and quality of life of RHD patients after CVR.
