免疫组化IMP3、P16、ki-67表达用于宫颈上皮内病变病理诊断中的价值 被引量:2

The Value of Immunohistochemical Expression of IMP3, P16, ki-67 in the Pathological Diagnosis of Cervical Intraepithelial Lesions

摘要 目的分析免疫组化IMP3指标、P16指标、ki-67指标表达在宫颈上皮内病变临床病理诊断中的意义。方法对2017年10月-2019年7月该医院接受宫颈上皮内病变病理检查的110例手术女性实施项目指标研究,予以回顾性分析,依据宫颈上皮内病变病理检查结果实施分组,将55例正常宫颈黏膜上皮患者收入对照组,将55例CINⅠ级及以上患者收入试验组,分析患者IMP3指标、P16指标、ki-67指标表达阳性情况。结果对照组中,IMP3指标表达阳性占据0.00%,P16指标表达阳性占据0.00%,ki-67指标表达阳性占据7.27%。试验组中,CINⅠ级患者,IMP3指标表达阳性占据0.00%,P16指标表达阳性占据76.00%,ki-67指标表达阳性占据56.00%,CINⅡ级患者,IMP3指标表达阳性占据10.00%,P16指标表达阳性占据80.00%,ki-67指标表达阳性占据60.00%,CINⅢ级累及腺体与癌患者,IMP3指标表达阳性占据50.00%,P16指标表达阳性占据95.00%,ki-67指标表达阳性占据95.00%。试验组IMP3指标表达阳性占比率、P16指标表达阳性占比率、ki-67指标表达阳性占比率大于对照组统计指标结果,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.222、79.062、46.772,P<0.05)。随着宫颈病变程度逐渐增加,其IMP3指标、P16指标、ki-67指标表达阳性情况逐渐提升。结论在宫颈上皮内病变临床病理诊断中采用免疫组化IMP3指标、P16指标、ki-67指标表达检测方法存在重要价值。 Objective To analyze the significance of immunohistochemical expression of IMP3,P16,and ki-67 in the clinicopathological diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial lesions.Methods An index study was performed on 110 surgical women undergoing pathological examination of cervical intraepithelial lesions in the hospital from October 2017 to July2019.Retrospective analysis was performed.Based on the results of pathological examination of cervical intraepithelial lesions,a group of 55 cases Normal cervical mucosal epithelial patients were included in the control group,and 55 patients with CIN gradeⅠand above were included in the test group.The positive expressions of IMP3,P16,and ki-67 were analyzed.Results In the control group,the positive expression of IMP3 was 0.00%,the positive expression of P16 was 0.00%,and the positive expression of ki-67 was 7.27%.In the test group,in patients with CINⅠ,IMP3 positive expression accounted for 0.00%,P16 indicator positive expression accounted for 76.00%,ki-67 indicator positive expression accounted for 56.00%,CIN class II patients,IMP3 indicator positive expression accounted for 10.00%,P16 indicator Positive expression accounted for 80.00%,ki-67 index positive expression accounted for 60.00%,CINⅢinvolved gland and cancer patients,IMP3 positive expression accounted for 50.00%,P16 positive expression accounted for 95.00%,and ki-67 positive expression accounted for 95.00%.The percentage of positive expression of IMP3 in the test group,the percentage of positive expression of P16,and the percentage of positive expression of ki-67 were greater than the statistical results of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.222,79.062,46.772,P<0.05).As the degree of cervical lesions gradually increased,the positive expression of IMP3,P16,and ki-67 indicators gradually increased.Conclusion It is of great value to use immunohistochemical methods such as IMP3,P16,and ki-67 in the clinical pathological diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial lesions.
