摘要
目的:探究宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者术后复发的影响因素.方法:回顾性分析,收集2018年2月至2020年2月本院收治的43例术后1年内复发的CIN患者临床资料,纳入复发组;另收集同期本院收治的43例术后1年内未复发的CIN患者临床资料,纳入未复发组.查阅患者临床资料并记录研究所需资料,将可能的影响因素纳入,分析可能导致CIN患者术后复发的相关因素.结果:复发组病理学分级、手术切缘、术后6个月HPV感染及腺体累及情况与未复发组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经Logistic回归分析结果显示,CINⅢ级、手术切缘阳性、术后6个月HPV阳性及有腺体累及是CIN患者术后复发的高危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05).结论:CIN患者术后复发与CINⅢ级、手术切缘阳性、术后6个月HPV阳性及有腺体累及因素有关.
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted.The clinical data of 43 patients with CIN who recurred within 1 year after operation in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were collected as the recurrence group,while the clinical data of 43 patients with CIN who did not recur within 1 year after operation in the hospital during the same period were collected as the non-recurrence group.The clinical data of patients were reviewed and the data required for the study were recorded,including possible influencing factors the related factors that might lead to postoperative recurrence in patients with CIN were analyzed.Results:Compared pathological grade,surgical margin,HPV infection and gland involvement 6 months after operation between the recurrence group and the non reccurrence group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that CIN grade IⅢ,positive surgical margin,HPV positive and gland involvement 6 months after operation were high risk factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with CIN(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative recurrence of CIN patients is related to CIN grade IⅢⅢ,positive surgical margin,HPV positive and gland involvement 6 months after operation.
