摘要
电子工业厂房对振动要求十分严格,为研究合肥某电子工业厂房主体结构完工后的微振动特性,利用意大利进口仪器TROMINO进行测试,并采用国际通用的1/3倍频程分析法对各测点速度、加速度时程数据进行处理,对比分析自由场地及厂房主体结构的微振动响应特性。分析结果表明该电子工业厂房内各测点微振动均满足VC-B标准;相较于自由场地的测试结果,该厂房一层刚性地坪水平方向上2 Hz^8 Hz频段的振动有所降低,但厂区内的车辆运行使8 Hz^250 Hz频段的振动显著增加;厂房二层各测点的振动均大于一层地坪,特别是8 Hz^250 Hz频段的振动幅值显著增加,且在80 Hz^90 Hz频段出现振动放大现象;此外,厂房二层人员走动对微振动响应有显著影响。研究结果对该工程及同行业相关建筑的防微振设计具有重要的理论及工程实践价值。
Electronic industrial workshops have strict demands on environmental vibration.In order to study the environmental vibration responses of an electronic industrial workshop in Hefei,micro-vibration tests were carried out by applying the high-sensitivity micro-vibration sensors named TROMINO,and the vibration test data was analyzed by the commonly accepted 1/3 octave method.The results show that the vibrations at all the measurement points meet the VC-B standard.Comparing with the test results of building site,it was found that the horizontal vibration of the rigid floor of the first layer in the frequency range of 2 Hz-8 Hz is reduced,but it is increased evidently in the frequency band of 8 Hz-250 Hz due to the vehicles’operation within the workshop.The vibration responses at the measurement points of the second floor are greater than those of the first floor.The vibration magnitude increases more obviously in the range of 8 Hz-250 Hz,and the vibration amplification occurs in the frequency band of 80 Hz-90 Hz.Moreover,people’s walking has a significant influence on the vibration responses.This study has important theoretical and practical value for the anti-vibration design of this project and related buildings in the same industrial enterprises.
