摘要
针对新型智能空气净化器噪声超标问题,对空气净化器进行了噪声测试实验.通过频谱分析和有限元分析的计算,找到净化器主要噪声源,并对引流风机采取减振措施,使空气净化器整体噪声降低超过20 dB,达到国家标准,为新型空气净化器的优化设计和升级提供了可靠数据.
Aiming at solving the problem of excessive noise of new intelligent air purifier, the noise test of air purifier iscarried out in this paper. This research aims to find out the noise source of air purifier by analyzing the noise spectrum of airpurifier and finite element analysis. The damping measurement for the bellows of the ventilator are taken, so that the overallnoise of the air purifier reduced by 20 dB, which provides reliable data for optimizing design and upgrading of new airpurifiers.
