摘要
“职教20条”的出台,对多年来困扰甚至阻碍我国职业教育发展的关键性问题提出了一系列突破性解决方案,并将职业院校带入了深化改革的窗口期和高质量发展的机遇期。职业院校贯彻落实“职教20条”面临诸多挑战,应在关键之处破局、“落子”,精准确定办学定位,加紧锻造名副其实的“双师”队伍,扎实推进教学标准建设,切实加强制度建设,精心谋划和组织学校深化改革“攻坚战”。
The introduction of“The National Implementation Plan for Vocational Education Reform”has put forward a series of breakthrough solutions to the key problems that have puzzled or even hindered the development of vocational education in China for many years.It brings vocational colleges into the window period of deepening reform and the opportunity period of high-quality development.Facing with many challenges in implementing this national plan,vocational colleges should break through the situation and settle down at the key points,accurately determine the orientation of running a school,intensify the efforts to forge a team of“dual-qualification teachers”worthy of the name,solidly promote the construction of teaching standards,practically strengthen the construction of systems,and carefully plan and organize the“key battle”of deepening the reform of the school.
