超高频超声与高频超声诊断婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤的临床价值及准确性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:对比研究婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤诊断中超高频超声与高频超声的临床价值及准确性。方法:筛选在笔者所在医院经病理确诊的53例婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤患儿为此次研究对象,所有患儿分别进行超高频超声和高频超声诊断,比较两种超声诊断结果。结果:高频超声检查中瘤体边缘清晰占比71.69%,模糊占比28.31%,超高频超声检查中分别占比79.25%、20.75%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高频超声下瘤体影像液性回声占比18.87%、实质性回声占比28.3%、混会回声占比52.83%,超高频超声下占比分别为18.87%、26.42%、54.72%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高频超声0~0.3 cm及0.4~0.6 cm深度瘤体血流比例均低于超高频超声,高频超声0.7~1.0 cm深度瘤体血流比例高于超高频超声,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿浅表性血管瘤诊断中,超高频超声在多普勒血流显像、二维图像方面比高频超声优势大,检测能力更强,能为治疗提供更准确的参考数据,所以临床中有着更高的应用价值。 Objective:To compare the clinical value and accuracy of ultra-high frequency ultrasound and high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of superficial hemangioma in infants.Method:A total of 53 children with superficial hemangioma diagnosed by pathology were enrolled in this study.All children underwent ultra-high frequency ultrasound and high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis.The results of two ultrasound diagnosis were compared.Result:In the high frequency ultrasound examination,the clear margin of the tumor accounted for 71.69%,the blurring accounted for 28.31%,and the ultra-high frequency ultrasound accounted for 79.25%and 20.75%respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The liquid echo of high-frequency ultrasound was 18.87%,the substantive echo was 28.3%,and the mixed echo accounted for 52.83%.The proportion of ultra-high frequency ultrasound was 18.87%,26.42%and 54.72%respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood flow rate of high frequency ultrasound 0-0.3 cm and 0.4-0.6 cm was lower than that of ultra-high frequency ultrasound,the blood flow rate of the high-frequency ultrasound in the range of 0.7-1.0 cm was higher than that of the ultra-high frequency ultrasound,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of superficial hemangioma in infants and young children,ultra-high frequency ultrasound has greater advantages than high-frequency ultrasound in Doppler blood flow imaging and two-dimensional imaging,and it has stronger detection ability and can provide more accurate reference data for treatment.It has higher application value in clinical practice.
