摘要
文章以成都大熊猫繁育研究基地为研究对象,通过问卷调查与实地访谈,获得游客对熊猫基地休憩特征满意度17个评价指标的数据。数据表明,游客对大熊猫保护程度、植物养护质量和空气清新度3个指标的满意度较高,而园内拥挤程度、卫生间配置合理度和环境嘈杂程度3个指标的满意度较低。运用修正IPA分析法构建熊猫基地休憩特征满意度分析模型,结果表明,园内嘈杂程度较高、游客活动种类较少、解说内容缺乏和卫生间配置不合理是影响熊猫基地休憩特征满意度的主要原因,为此,提出熊猫基地休憩特征优化对策,以期为游客提供高质量的游园体验。
Recreational characteristics is one of the important factors to influencing tourists'experiences,and also an important medium to deepen tourists'understanding and protection of the culture and the eco-environment in tourism attractions.With Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding as the research object,the paper obtains the data of 17 evaluation indexes of tourists'satisfaction on the recreational characteristics of the base through questionnaire survey and field interview.The data shows that tourists are more satisfied with the three indicators of giant panda protection,plant maintenance quality and air freshness,but less satisfied with the three indicators of crowding degree in the base,the rationality of toilet configuration and the noisy degree of the environment.The modified IPA analysis method is used to construct the satisfaction analysis model of the recreational characteristics of the giant panda base,and the results show that the main factors affecting the satisfaction of the recreational characteristics of the giant panda base include the high noisy degree in the base,the few recreational activities for tourists'to participate in and the unreasonable toilet configuration.Therefore,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for optimizing the recreational characteristics of the giant panda base,in order to provide tourists with high-quality experience.
