摘要
论文基于模糊综合评价法,通过数据统计以及样本调查等方式,对影响20至30岁青年租户居住满意度的因素进行评价研究,建立租赁住房市场居住满意度的指标体系以及模糊综合评价模型,为规范租赁住房市场,保障租赁当事人的权利,提高租房满意度以及促进我国租赁住房市场健康发展提供依据和参考。
Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper evaluates and studies the factors that affect the residential satisfaction of 20-30-year-old young tenants by means of data statistics and sample survey.This paper establishes the index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode of the housing rental market,which provides the basis and reference for standardizing the housing rental market,protecting the rights of the tenants,improving the housing rental satisfaction and promoting the healthy development of the housing rental market in China.
