高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中的5种添加剂 被引量:7

摘要 建立了一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定饮料中安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸5种食品添加剂检测技术。采用Venusil ASB C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以浓度0.02 mol/L的乙酸铵-甲醇(90∶10,V∶V)为流动相,柱温35℃,用二极管阵列检测器在波长230 nm处进行检测,分离过程在10 min内完成。安赛蜜、糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸的检出限分别为1.5,0.8,0.5,0.5,1.2 mg/kg,在1.0~50.0μg/mL内具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.9990)。加标回收率在80%~100%,相对标准偏差小于1.0%(n=7)。该方法以水作为溶剂并超声提取,然后再加入沉淀剂除杂,简单、快速、准确、实用性强。 A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of acesulfame K,saccharin sodium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid in beverage was developed.The separation was achieved within 10 min by using a Venusil ASB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate-methanol(90∶10,V∶V)as mobile phase and column temperature was 35℃,the experiment had been detected at 230 nm,through a diode array detector(DAD).The detection limits of acesulfame K,saccharin sodium,benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid were 1.5,0.8,0.5,0.5,1.2 mg/kg,respectively.In the range of 1.0~50.0μg/mL,five food additives showed good linearity with the correlation coefficients larger than 0.9990.The average recoveries for samples ranged from 80%and 100%,the relative standard deviations were less than 1.0%(n=7).The method adopts water as an extraction solvent with ultrasonic extraction,and then added a precipitant to remove impurities,which was simple,rapid,accurate and practical.
