超高效液相色谱快速测定饮料中的食品添加剂 被引量:3

摘要 本文应用超高效液相色谱方法对饮料中常用的食品添加剂进行测试。应用甲醇-水提取试验样品中的食品添加剂,在色谱柱上进行分离,之后应用二极管阵列检测器进行检测。检验结果证明:饮料中含有的食品添加剂在5.5 min之内能够得到有效分离,回收率在91.6%~100.3%,RSD为0.66%~2.20%,精密度良好。 In this paper, the super high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to test the food additives commonly used in the beverage. The food additives in the test samples of methanol water extraction were used to separate the samples on the chromatographic column, and then the diode array detector was used to detect the food additives. The test results showed that the food additives contained in the beverage could be effectively separated in 5.5 minutes, the recovery rate was between 91.6% and 100.3%, the RSD was 0.66% - 2.20%, and the precision was good.
