摘要
目的:通过对中国现有的食品安全基本状况与食品检验核查安全监督体制进行分析,讨论新监督模式下风险评估技术的应用情况,并给出对策。方法:使用现状解析法等,发现问题解决问题。结果:能构建完善的食品安全核查系统,且能对日常监测中风险评估技术进行完善与改良,提高食品安全日常监测中风险评估技术的运用效率,且完成长远战略部署。结论:强化食品生产者的主体职责,加强监管力度,确保大众的餐饮健康与食品安全。
Objective:To analyze the application of risk assessment technology under the new supervision mode and provide countermeasures by analysis the basic situation of food safety and the supervision system of food inspection in China Methods:using the analytic method of current situation,aiming at the existing problems,we found the problems to solve.Results:it can build a perfect food safety verification system,improved the risk assessment technology in daily food safety monitoring,and complete the long-term strategic deployment.Conclusion:To strengthen the main responsibility of food producers,strengthen supervision,and ensure the public’s food health and food safety.
