2Cr13不锈钢的硼碳共渗及其摩擦学性能 被引量:3

Borocarburizing and Resulting Tribological Property for 2Cr13 Stainless Steel

摘要 为了提高2Cr13不锈钢的的摩擦学性能,对其进行了950℃保温10 h的固体硼碳共渗,渗剂系自制,成分为5%碳化硼、20%无水硼砂(作供硼剂),15%木炭(作供碳剂),3%氯化铵和2%氟硼酸钾(作活化剂),10%石墨和40%碳化硅(作填充剂),以及5%氧化钇(作催渗剂)。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)检测了渗层的表面和截面形貌、微观结构和相组成;对经过和未经过硼碳共渗的2Cr13钢进行了纳米压痕试验,在330 g、530 g和730 g载荷下进行了摩擦磨损试验,以揭示硼碳共渗层的摩擦学性能及其磨损机制。结果表明:硼碳共渗层的厚度约为156μm,主要由FeB、Fe2B、Fe3C和CrB相构成,表面硬度达1 572 HV0.1,约为基体的6倍高;共渗层弹性模量约为265 GPa,表面粗糙度约为0.126μm。不同载荷的摩擦磨损试验表明,经硼碳共渗的钢的摩擦因数、磨损体积和比磨损率均显著小于未经共渗处理的钢。在以730 g载荷摩擦磨损试验的情况下,未经硼碳共渗的2Cr13钢的磨损机制为磨粒磨损、黏着磨损和氧化磨损,而经硼碳共渗的钢则主要为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。 To improve its tribological properties,2Cr13 stainless steel was borocarburized at 950℃for 10 h in a self-made powder medium consisting of 5% boron carbide and 20% anhydrous borax as boron supply agent,15%charcoal as carbon supply agent,3% ammonium chloride and 2% potassium fluorborate as activator,10% graphite and 40% silicon carbide as filler,and 5% yttria as energizing agent.The boroncarburized layer was tested for morphologies of surface and cross-sectio,microstructure and phase composition by using SEM,EDS and XRD.The2 Cr13 steel with and without boroncarburized layer was subjected to nano-indentation testing and to fraction wear testing under loads of 330 g,530 g,and 730 g for the purpose of discovering tribological properties and wear mechanism of the borocarburized layer.The results indicated that the borocarburized layer was as thick as about156 μm,was mainly composed of FeB,Fe2 B,Fe3 C and CrB phases,and exhibited surface hardness as high as1 572 HV0.1 which was about 6 times as great as that of the substrate,as well as elastic modulus of about 265 GPa and surface roughness of about 0.126 μm.Moreover,from friction wear testing under different loads it was seen that friction coefficient,wear volume and specific wear rate of the steel borocarburized all were significantly lower than those of the steel not boroncarburized.The primary wear mechanisms were abrasion wear,adhesive wear and oxidation wear for the of 2 Cr13 steel without boroncarburized layer and abrasion wear and oxidation wear for the borocarburized 2 Cr13 steel during friction wear testing under load of 730 g.
