摘要
介绍了马氏体类不锈钢的主要应用领域与发展动态,给出了马氏体不锈钢的化学成分并分析了其研制的理论基础,综述了近年来马氏体不锈钢制备工艺及其研究进展,以及主要合金元素Cr、C、Ni、Mo和N对马氏体不锈钢组织和综合性能的影响。指出了马氏体不锈钢存在的一些问题,就这些问题提出了解决办法。
The main application fields and the development status of the martensitic stainless steel were presented.The chemical compositions of martensitic stainless steels were given and the development of theoretical basis was analyzed.The major production progress of martensitic stainless steel and research progress in recent years,and the effects of main alloy elements Cr,C,Ni,Mo and N on the microstructure and comprehension properties of martensitic stainless steel were summarized.Finally,some problems of martensitic stainless steel were pointed out and the corresponding solutions were proposed,and the future development prospect of this material was also discussed.
