摘要
社会组织方式变化是理解中国独特发展道路成功秘诀的重要维度。新中国70年社会组织方式经历了三次变化。1949—1978年经历了第一次变化,中国从一盘散沙状态走向高度组织化,所有社会成员按照国家意志被整合进统一的组织形态中。第二次变化从1978年开始,从高度组织化转向去组织化,是对原有的社会组织方式和社会组织形式的突破,给社会成员松绑,让人们获得较大的自主权。第三次变化是在去组织化的同时,社会成员重新组织起来,进行再组织化。社会组织方式与时俱进不断调整变化,在保持强大的组织动员能力的同时,又能调动人民群众的积极性和创造性,推动中国特色社会主义事业不断向前发展。
The change of social organization pattern is an important dimension to understand the secret of success of China's unique development path.The social organization pattern of the People’s Republic of China has experienced three changes in the past 70 years.From 1949 to 1978,China experienced the first change,from a chaotic and decentralized state to a highly organized one,and all members of society were integrated into a unified organization according to the will of the state.The second change,from a high degree of organization to de-organization,began in 1978.It was a breakthrough in the original social organization,which loosened the members of society and gave people greater autonomy.The third change is re-organizing the members of society while de-organizing.The way of social organization keeps pace with the times and constantly adjusts and changes.While maintaining a strong ability of mobilization,it can mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the people and promote the continuous development of the cause of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
