摘要
作为高校创新人才培养重要一环的工程训练中心,应主动适应新工科建设,探索促进高素质创新人才培养的新途径,将资源优势转化为育人优势,以学科交叉融合为创新人才培养着力点,通过构建分层次、多模块的综合工程训练体系,建立全方位开放的创新实践平台,引入创客文化,打造创客社团,推动多元协同,产学深度融合,建设高水平的创新型师资队伍等措施,努力打造以提升学生创新能力为目标的创新实践平台,助力创新人才培养。
As an important part of the training of innovative talents in colleges and universities,the engineering training center should actively adapt to the construction of new subjects and explore new ways to promote the training of innovative talents with high quality.By taking interdisciplinary integration as the focus of training innovative talents,an all-round and open innovative practice platform should be constructed by establishing a multi-level and multi-module comprehensive engineering training system.Introducing the customer-creating culture,creating customer-creating associations,promoting multiple synergies,deepening integration of production and learning and building high-level innovative teaching staff are the measures to strive to build an innovative practice platform with the purpose of improving students’innovative ability and fostering innovative talents.
