摘要
在分析全国工程训练存在问题的基础上,指出了工程训练中心发展的关键所在,提出了对其进行系统性改革的措施。这些措施包括:明确工程训练教学建设的指导思想与目标;加强技能型师资队伍建设;以智能制造为突破口,提升基础工程训练教学内容技术含量;进行支撑个性化、研究型、开放性教学的教学平台建设;采取包含多种先进教学理念的个性化、研究型教学方式和方法等。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the national engineering training,this paper points out the key to the development of the engineering training center,and puts forward the measures for its systematic reform.These measures include making clear the guiding ideology and objectives of engineering training,strengthening the construction of skilled teachers,taking intelligent manufacturing as a breakthrough to improve the basic engineering training teaching content,building a teaching platform to support personalized,research-oriented and open teaching,and adopting the individualized and research-oriented teaching methods with various advanced teaching concepts.
