口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的应用价值分析被引量：4

摘要目的探析口腔正畸治疗中微型种植体支抗的应用价值。方法选取我院接受口腔正畸治疗的76例患者分为两组,分别采用传统正畸治疗和微型种植体支抗治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组治疗成功率高于对照组,患者上中切牙凸距差和上中切牙倾角差均大于对照组,磨牙位移小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);并发症发生率低于对照组,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗中效果佳、安全性高,可推广使用。
