青少年3D数字化早期矫正临床应用效果 被引量:1

Clinical Application Effect of 3D Digitization in Early Correction of Teenagers

摘要 目的观察3D数字化技术对于青少年早期矫正临床应用效果。方法选取2016年10月—2018年10月我院口腔科收治的口腔错颌畸形患者100例作为研究对象对其进行正畸治疗,采用数字随机法进行分组,对照组50例患者采用MBT三代直丝弓矫治技术进行治疗。观察组50例患者进行3D数字化精准正畸治疗,比较两组患者矫治时间≤15个月的比例、托槽脱落总数、放弃治疗的比例;并对口腔的卫生状况进行评估。结果观察组口腔卫生状况优于对照组,比较差异显著(P <0.05);观察组托槽脱落例数低于对照组,而矫治时间≤15个月明显高于对照组,比较差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 3D数字化技术用于青少年早期矫正更具便捷性和直观性,且更舒适,牙往返移动少,疗程短,误差小,咀嚼,功能更齐全等显著优点。 Objective To observe the clinical application effect of 3 D digital technology for early correction of adolescents.Methods From October 2016 to October 2018,100 patients with oral malocclusion admitted to the Department of Stomatology of our hospital were selected as the research subjects for orthodontic treatment.The patients were divided into groups by digital random method.Fifty patients in the control group were treated with MBT third generation straight wire orthodontic technique.The observation group(50 patients)received 3 D digital precise orthodontic treatment.The proportion of treatment time≤15 months,total number of brackets shedding and the proportion of abandoning treatment were compared between the two groups.And the oral hygiene status was evaluated.Results The oral health status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The number of brackets falling off cases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the time of correction≤15 months was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion 3 D digital technology is more convenient and intuitive in the early correction of adolescents,and more comfortable,less tooth movement,short course of treatment,small error,chewing,more complete functions and other significant advantages.
