Intelligent Design System of Belt Conveyor

摘要 基于Visual Studio开发工具和SolidWorks软件开发出一套能够根据客户描述参数,快速生成带式输送机模型的智能设计系统。通过尺寸链驱动和专家库参数推荐生成可视化的三维模型,客户可以在设计平台上根据具体应用要求对模型参数进行修改,最终给出优化设计方案。文中以带式输送机传动滚筒为例,介绍了该系统的建模方法和运行过程。 In order to quickly respond to the fierce market competition and meet the diversified customization needs,an intelligent design system is developed based on Visual Studio development tools and Solidworks software,which can quickly generate the belt conveyor model with customer description parameters.The system which is a key part of the intelligent design and manufacture of the belt conveyor can generate visual 3D models with the dimension-driven and recommended parameters of expert library.The user can modify the parameters of the model on the design platform according to the individual requirements.An optimized design programme can be given.In the paper,the transmission drum in belt conveyor is taken as an example to introduce the modeling method and operation process of the system.
