摘要
针对柱塞泵设计过程中存在的建模繁琐、复杂等问题,以PCY柱塞泵回程盘建模为例,提出了运用VB及SolidWorks的二次开发技术的解决方法,并介绍了SolidWorks二次开发的基本原理。根据不同型号间回程盘的差异,建立了Access尺寸数据库。进而通过VB6.0编写控制程序并连接到SolidWorks软件,实现了不同型号间回程盘的参数化建模,提高了柱塞泵建模效率。
Aiming at the problems of cumbersome and complex modeling in the designing process of piston pump, taking the modeling of PCY piston pump retainer as an example, a solution to the secondary development techniques using VB and SolidWorks is proposed, and the basic principle of secondary development of SolidWorks is introduced. According to the differences between the retainer of different models, an Access database is established. Furthermore, the control program is written in VB6. 0 and connected to SolidWorks software. The parametric modeling of retainer between different models is realized, and the modeling efficiency of piston pump is improved.
